If you believe you were charged in error or cannot access what you purchased, email support@vedon.app with your account email and order details. We will review the issue and respond with the next steps.

We process uploaded photos to deliver the preview or result you request. Guests can preview and download the watermarked JPG directly on the homepage, and signed-in results may remain available in the product for up to 24 hours. We do not use uploads to train Vedon's public models, and third-party AI providers process requests under their own terms.
